What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your organisation, the topic you select, and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and the form is the only place on this site where you can submit information.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own use, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered by email to VyteK LLC and are stored in our email system. The message passes through our hosting provider and our email delivery provider in transit. We keep enquiries only as long as they are useful for the conversation they relate to, or as long as any resulting engagement requires.

Protected health information

Please do not send patient information, protected health information, or any other confidential data through this form. It is a general enquiry form and is not an appropriate channel for it. If you need to share something sensitive, call us and we will arrange a secure route.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your theme preference — light or dark — is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.

Spam protection

To stop automated submissions, the form includes a hidden field that people never see, checks how quickly it was completed, and limits how many messages can be sent from one internet connection in a short period. Your IP address is used for that check and is not stored with your message.
