Machine learning for protein design — sequence-function modelling, structure and design pipelines, and the assay data infrastructure underneath. Built validation-first.
What it does
- ML-guided design with active-learning loops over variant effect prediction
- Production pipelines for AlphaFold, ESMFold, ProteinMPNN and RFdiffusion
- Property predictors trained on internal data, not just public benchmarks
- Assay data infrastructure linking construct, assay and outcome
- Held-out benchmarking and calibration reported as a number, not a claim
